This Executive Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Studies was designed for potential job seekers and/or existing employees needing to qualify for new positions or those who need to retrain because their job responsibilities have been expanded.
The Society has recently made available this specialist Tourism & Hospitality Award through an intensive executive development course available via seminar series or distance learning.
This award is awarded through an examined course and it consists of 5 compulsory modules :-
♦ Introduction to Hospitality & The Hospitality Career Field
♦ Restaurant & Institutional Food Service Careers
♦ Lodging Industry
♦ Tourism & Leisure Industry
♦ Management In The Hospitality Industry
Candidates undertaking this specialist course will be examined via continuous assignments (one per module) plus a case study paper and/or project. This is a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) course and successful completion will earn candidates the SBP Executive Diploma award from the Society .
